Investment Strategy
Beaufort Capital conducts its main business in the Technology, Healthcare, and Telecommunications markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In these markets, the most attractive investments for Beaufort are small and medium sized companies that have already stabilized their businesses. We seek to provide growth and/or replacement capital to companies, which have proven to be successful in the past and still have a strong growth potential.
Our typical transaction size is between €2 and €12 million and we look for companies with proven and growing revenues between €5 - €50 million.
